FINNISH BIATHLON ASSOCIATION IS LOOKING CANDIDATES FOR HEAD OF SERVICE 2019 – 2022

Head of service: The focus of the work is planning the service staff structure and functions, to be a head of service staff in the National Teams (including the Junior National Team). Important part of this post is to build up active network, positive partnerships and good working relationships with various partners within ski-service. Professional assistance to the athletes in their needs of the ski equipment is very important.

We expect that the head of service has wide practical skills and experience on the World Cup level in ski service. Strong physical condition is valuable to be able to do ski and wax testing. We appreciate good interpersonal skills and the ability to work under -pressure as well as good organizational skills. Fluent skills in English is necessary, Swedish or Finnish gives an extra credit.

All the positions require flexibility in terms of the working times and with a lot of travelling.
